Transportation helps us get around our cities and towns. 
They help us go to work and school. 
They take us to parks and shops. 
They help us move things from one place to another. 
They let us see new places.
 There are different means of transport that we use on land, water, and by air.

LAND
By land we use means of transport like: 
Buses, cars, mopeds, trains, trams, tubes, bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards and scooters.
on roads, streets, railways and parks.

WATER

  There are also means of transport by water: ferries, rowboats, sailboats, ships, steamboats, surf boards, canoes, rafts.
They are used in lakes, rivers, seas and oceans.

AIR

 By air we use: airplanes, hot air balloons, space shuttles, helicopters. They are used in the sky and can fly long distances.
