THIRD TERM

Empezamos este tercer trimestre con un nuevo tema, "la materia y las máquinas" Matter and Machines. Básicamente aprenderemos de qué están hechas las cosas que nos rodean y tendremos también un primer encuentro con las máquinas más sencillas.

Algunos de los objetivos de este trimestre serán:

•  Entender que todas las cosas que nos rodean están hechas de materia, matter.
• Estados de la materia: sólido, líquido y gaseoso. Solid, liquid and gas.
• Identificar los cambios que pueden darse entre los tres estados.
• Conocer los materiales más comunes y clasificarlos según su origen.
• Entender la importancia de reciclar los materiales
• Comprender la importancia que las máquinas tienen para el humano.
• Distinguir máquinas simples y máquinas compuestas y las fuerzas que las mueven.Describir e identificar algunas máquinas y el uso que tienen.

Los conceptos y el vocabulario serán básicos para comprender este tema. Trabajaremos con vídeos y material visual siempre que sea posible y por supuesto, nos divertiremos mucho.

Así que para empezar este tercer trimestre, en el cuaderno de Naturales dibujar la portada.
